Update the information about data logging
I believe I can offer better value by being truly private, so no more access logging is happening.

## What Kind of Data Gets Logged?
-The only information that gets logged to our servers is [access
-logs][clf], with the IP addresses anonimyzed (via a simple mask). It's
-being used to detect abuse and will soon be used to improve the search
-results as well.
+Only [telemetry data][metrics] is logged. The highest granularity
+is *per page* metrics, meaning that I know how often a page is visited,
+but have no information about where my traffic is coming from nor what
+it is searching for.
