  i broke the build for cfg=test and was very surprised none of the jobs
  failed
  
  running tests is a lot slower but that's the whole point of having this
  little lock-in
  

• Replace `ensure_no_std_alloc` with a ARM CI build 💬 by Caio 4 years ago

  Less ad-hoc stuff for me to maintain and I, locally, would rather install
  the `thumbv7m-none-eabi` target than follow +nightly.
