  The maven-surefire-plugin now supports discovering junit5 tests,
  so I took the opportunity to drop the junit.platform.* stuff
  and introduce BOMs for the big stuff (junit and jackson, so far).
  
  Apart from the version updates (junit goes from 5.2.0 to 5.3.0,
  surefire goes from 2.21.0 to 2.22.0, jackson goes from 2.9.5 to
  2.9.6), this is patch does NOT affect functionality.
