  This is pretty much a copy pasta from custom_score.rs, the difference
  is that instead of using `Fn(DocId) -> T` it uses `Fn(DocId,Score) -> T`
  
  Essentially the same as tantivy's, with the added support for conditions.

  This patch replaces the original `ordered_by_XXX_fast_field` with a more
  explicit `fastfield::{ascending,descending}` idiom. Essentially, this is
  a very verbose way of encoding a runtime boolean check into the type
  system.
  

• Use a boolean property instead of Not{Term,Phrase} by Caio 6 years ago

• Initialize `min` as the range's `end` 💬 by Caio 6 years ago

  With this, `min` becomes "minimum *seen* value that matches the range",
  which is what was the original intention (and what `max` already means).

  Just a `git mv crates/* .` and minor adjustments `Cargo.toml` and
  `.gitignore` to point at the new locations
